By engaging with Smart Hired Limited, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our immigration, recruitment, and industrial services.
1. Recruitment & Global Job Placement
- Smart Hired Limited acts as an intermediary connecting skilled workers with verified international employers.
- We do not guarantee employment; the final hiring decision rests solely with the employer.
- Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their resumes and professional certifications.
- Any attempt to provide fraudulent work experience will result in a permanent ban from our services.
2. Immigration & Visa Assistance
- Our role is to provide administrative support and guidance for visa applications and work permits.
- We do not influence the decision of any embassy or immigration department.
- Approval or rejection of a visa is at the sole discretion of the destination country’s government.
- Processing times provided are estimates and may vary based on diplomatic protocols.
Refund Policy Notice: All service fees related to document processing, consultancy, and administrative work are non-refundable once the process has been initiated with the relevant authorities.
3. Payments & Service Fees
- All payments must be made through our official company accounts. Smart Hired Limited is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized third parties.
- Full payment or agreed deposits must be cleared before any document submission begins.
- Failure to complete payments as per the agreed schedule may result in the suspension of your application process.
4. Industrial & Agricultural Services
- Poultry Farming: Orders for birds or supplies are subject to seasonal availability. We ensure the highest health standards for all livestock at the point of handover.
- Soap Manufacturing: All detergents and soaps manufactured by Smart Hired Limited comply with regional quality standards. Bulk buyers must inspect goods upon delivery.
- Consultancy: Business plans and market strategies provided are advisory. The company is not liable for market fluctuations affecting agribusiness investments.
5. Data Privacy & Documentation
- We collect and process personal data (Passports, IDs, Academic transcripts) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your requested service.
- By providing your documents, you authorize Smart Hired Limited to share necessary details with prospective employers or embassy portals.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the physical originals of their documents; the company only manages digital and photocopied submissions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Smart Hired Limited, its directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any financial loss, travel delays, or job cancellations caused by third-party employers, changes in international law, or “force majeure” events (e.g., global pandemics or political unrest).
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. It is the user’s responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
