Official Terms, Client Obligations & Service Framework for Smart Hired Limited
Client Service Agreement
By engaging Smart Hired Limited, using our client verification tracking portal, or submitting documents for processing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the operational terms organized below according to our primary service departments.
1. Global Placements, Skilled Visas & Assessments
Applicable to Australia Skilled Assessments, Skilled Worker Programs, Job Seeker Visas, and Foreign Job Placements:
- Facilitation Scope: Smart Hired Limited acts strictly as an administrative intermediary and career documentation consultant. We do not issue government visas or guarantee hiring selections.
- Sovereign Decisions: Visa approvals, assessment clearances, consular processing times, and entry rejections rest solely with the destination country’s government authorities.
- Document Authenticity: Candidates are strictly liable for the accuracy of their academic files, work records, and identity papers. Fraudulent certificates will trigger an immediate permanent dossier freeze.
Non-Refundable Filing Policy: All administrative retainers, dossier processing costs, and document assessment fees are strictly non-refundable once an application or verification milestone has been officially initiated with relevant authorities.
2. Student Admissions & Vocational Certifications
Applicable to university admissions, student visa dockets, and industrial skills certification:
- Academic Clearances: Admissions depend on meeting foreign institutional prerequisites, including approved in-person English proficiency test scores.
- Vocational Standards: Certification for vocational and technical courses is awarded only upon completing syllabus hours, practical modules, and site evaluations.
3. Industrial Production & Agricultural Consultancy
Applicable to soap manufacturing, chemical formulation, and poultry farming:
- Soap & Detergent Quality: All manufactured goods and detergent formulations comply with regional quality standards. Consignments must be formally inspected upon delivery.
- Poultry & Livestock Supply: Biological stock deliveries are subject to seasonal and veterinary conditions. Standards are certified up to the official handover point.
- Business Plans & Consultancy: Agricultural strategies and project feasibility studies are advisory; the company carries no liability for macroeconomic or climate variations.
4. Payment Protocols & Portal Security
- Authorized Remittances: Payments must be made strictly to verified corporate bank accounts or official company collection gateways. The company is not liable for funds given to unauthorized parties.
- Schedule Milestones: Agreed phase deposits must be cleared before subsequent document submissions or case lodgments commence.
- Verification Code Privacy: 2FA Email security passcodes (OTP) issued for status checking are private to the registered applicant and must not be shared.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Smart Hired Limited, its directors, and operational staff are not liable for diplomatic delays, airline cancellations, foreign labor law adjustments, or force majeure events outside direct company control.
